“I’m not the owner,” Robyn laughs when asked how she got started. “But I was the very first employee hired.”
That’s right—she’s had a front-row seat to the company’s incredible growth. From humble beginnings in a tiny office with one desk and a plastic folding table, Climate Experts has grown into a bustling team of more than 50 employees. Today, their headquarters in Melbourne, Florida, spans over 7,000 square feet, complete with a call center, warehouse, training facility, and multiple offices.
“And we’ve expanded our services, too,” Robyn adds. “We started in HVAC but now also offer plumbing and electrical services, giving homeowners a one-stop solution for comfort and peace of mind.”

Robyn doesn’t hesitate: “It’s our people, and it’s how we invest in them.” Every Monday kicks off with a company-wide meeting, followed by department-specific trainings throughout the week. “We’re always learning—whether it’s new technology, better techniques, or simply how to serve customers more personally.”

As the Customer Experience Representative and Business Development lead, Robyn thrives on human connection. “I love helping people. I follow up after service calls, answer any lingering questions, and help guide homeowners through options for their home,” she explains.
It’s in these conversations that Robyn feels the real magic happens—building trust, calming concerns, and being a helpful voice on the other end of the line.
A Company that Grows with Its Community
One of Robyn’s proudest moments isn’t tied to a single job—it’s watching the company flourish alongside the community it serves. “Seeing us grow from just a couple of desks to a large, thriving team has been amazing,” she says.
And the innovation hasn’t stopped. Climate Experts recently launched a “Pay at Closing” program to help homeowners deal with major repairs found during inspections without delaying home sales. “It’s a game-changer,” Robyn says. “People are already so stressed during home buying and selling—this just makes life easier.”
Crafting, Road Trips, and Community Connections
Outside of work, Robyn is just as passionate about creativity and adventure. “I’m big on laser engraving, Cricut crafting, and photography,” she shares. “My husband and I love road-tripping in our RV, and of course, spending time with our amazing kids and grandkids.”
She’s also found a professional home in the Invested Networking Group (ING) – Magic Money Tribe. “It’s the most unique networking group I’ve been a part of—structured yet welcoming, with a real sense of community. I’ve gained valuable referrals, but more importantly, relationships.”
