When Elizabeth Weido walks into a room, there’s a confidence that’s hard to miss. It’s not the flashy kind that demands attention—but the grounded, sincere kind that comes from experience, resilience, and a deep-rooted mission to serve others. As the Regional Vice-President at Primerica Financial Services and a proud mom of five, Elizabeth isn’t just balancing business and family—she’s thriving in both.
But it didn’t start that way.
“I was working six days a week building someone else’s dream,” Elizabeth recalls. “One day, I realized I had all this energy and drive—but I was using it to make other people wealthy. It was time to put that same fire into building our future.”
That moment of clarity led Elizabeth down a path that would not only change her life but also the lives of countless families across 20 states. Today, she offers a full suite of financial services—from term life insurance and investment planning to mortgages and pensions—through her Cocoa Beach office and a growing team of passionate financial professionals.
When the Student Was Ready, the Teacher Appeared
Elizabeth’s story isn’t just about leaving a job—it’s about finding a calling.
“When I met Robin Jankowski, everything changed. She was our financial coach, and she saw something in me that I didn’t see yet,” Elizabeth says. “She told me the world needed my passion and determination, and that she’d walk beside me every step of the way. And she did.”
With no formal background in finance, entering the male-dominated world of financial services wasn’t easy. “I was talked down to, ignored, and underestimated,” Elizabeth admits. “But I relied on my coach, mastered my craft, and believed in myself. I thank God for Robin every day!”
Why Her Work Really Matters
Sure, financial planning matters when things are going well—but it’s in the hardest moments that its true power is revealed.
“A few years ago, I was hit by a car while riding my bike,” Elizabeth shares. “That day could’ve derailed everything. But because of the plan we had in place—and the coach guiding us—we were able to not just survive the crisis but move forward. That’s when it hit me: this work matters more than we know.”
That belief now drives every client conversation and coaching session. Elizabeth doesn’t just sell services—she teaches, empowers, and guides families to build security, independence, and generational wealth.
More Than Just Numbers: Building a Legacy
What does success look like to Elizabeth? It’s not just a portfolio or a title—it’s watching her teammates succeed.
“Every time someone on my team earns recognition or reaches a goal, I feel so proud. That’s real success. Watching them grow and win—especially the women—that lights me up.”
A strong advocate for women in finance, Elizabeth has served on the Women in Primerica Advisory Board since 2020. Her passion? Creating space for women to thrive in an industry where they’ve historically been underrepresented.
“I want more women on my team,” she says with conviction. “Women supporting women—it’s powerful. It’s beautiful. And it’s how we build lasting change.”
Life Outside the Office
When she’s not helping clients or mentoring her team, Elizabeth is fully immersed in family life.
She and her husband are raising five energetic kids with the support of their church and a tight-knit community. “We do life together,” she smiles. “It’s chaotic sometimes, sure—but it’s also full of love.”
She also finds joy in her involvement with Invested Networking Group, a local networking group. “It’s amazing to be able to refer trusted professionals to clients and know they’ll be taken care of. That’s a win-win-win.”
Looking Ahead: More Offices, More Impact
What’s next for Elizabeth?
“Duplication,” she says confidently. “I want five offices in the next five years. Because real impact comes when we multiply leaders and expand our reach.”
And if history is any indicator, she’ll do exactly that—with integrity, purpose, and an open hand to lift others along the way.
