“I’ve always been interested in learning how money works,” Kerron says. “When my best friend in college introduced me to Primerica, it just made sense. It gave me the opportunity to not just understand money—but to teach others.”

As an Agent with Primerica Life Insurance Company, Kerron helps individuals and families nationwide understand their finances and protect their futures with term life insurance. But he’s quick to point out: it’s not just about policies.
“Our business opportunity is our most powerful product,” he explains. “It’s about equipping people with the tools to control their financial lives and even build businesses of their own.”
And for Kerron, making an impact goes far beyond numbers on a page. “I love helping people,” he says. “There’s nothing better than seeing someone walk away with confidence about their future.”

Discipline, focus, and leadership come naturally to Kerron. His years as an athlete and coach, paired with his military service, have equipped him with a unique approach to business.
“Prospecting isn’t easy,” Kerron admits. “But I’ve learned to stay consistent. It’s the same as athletics or the military—you stick to the plan, you stay disciplined, and eventually, you win.”
His advice to anyone starting out in the financial industry? “Sharpen your people skills. The better you connect, the more you can serve.”

Kerron also credits much of his professional growth to his involvement in the Magic Money Tribe, part of the Invested Networking Group (ING).
“The power of networking has reshaped my journey,” Kerron says. “I wish I’d learned these skills earlier in life. Building a circle of like-minded people opens so many doors.”
Gym Time, Fast Cars, and Big Dreams
When he’s not advising clients or attending networking events, you’ll likely find Kerron in the gym or checking out the latest car models.
“Staying active keeps me sharp,” he says. “And I’ve always been a car guy—there’s just something about the design, the performance… It’s fun.”
With multiple financial licenses, including life insurance, investments, and mortgage services, Kerron’s toolbox is vast—but many people don’t realize it.
“A lot of people think we just do life insurance,” he explains. “But we can help with so much more, from debt management to retirement planning. My job is to shine a light on those opportunities.”
The Next Chapter: Regional Vice President
Kerron isn’t slowing down anytime soon. His next target? A promotion to Regional Vice President within the next 90 days.
“Primerica has been life-changing for me, and my mission is to pass that on,” Kerron says. “I’m building a business, helping families, and creating a legacy.”
